Hey blog readers! I wanted to say I love each and everyone of you who take time out to read my blog and comment. The biggest thing I value in any relationship is honesty and truth. That's why I keep this page real and honest, no sugar coating. Heres the real deal, I never wanted to post this, interesting right.
I looked at the photos and said omg I look huge. To be completely honest I'm not.As you can see, I'm wearing a knit sweater, a button up, and a camisole underneath. Although I know this, in the moment I didn't remember that all. I was just not what (in my head) wanted to look like. After a few weeks I realized I was judging my body all over again. I was letting that little person call insecurity speak to me again. We all have our moments! Let's be real, even the so called most fabulous ones (and that's everyone) but let us continue to remind ourselves of our beauty.
Regardless of what the enemy tries to tell me, I realize all that God has brought me through. He has made me a believer of the good. Even if I feel i need work, i remind myself he is working on me, and if I truly want to work on my inside and out, that means i need to put in the work. Working out and eating healthy, not for a time but for the rest of my life. I am currently on that path, and excited for the journey. Ladies if you come to a cross roads eating right and exercising is ultimately a great stress relieve and keeps you living longer. I don't know about you but I'm down for living longer.
No matter what remember this you are beautiful. As beautiful as can be.

We are are own worst critics and you look beautiful! Often times layering can really add that pudge that's not there, but on your last two picks with the tuck, it brings back your hourglass!
