Aurora Dreams

During the summer, it's essential to have on bright colors. It's like a mandatory rule, that you just must always look bright and happy. I honestly apply this rule throughout the year because I love colors. So, much so that a lot of it is reflected in my designs. Including this beautiful maxi skirt.

This maxi skirt is made from a floral water-color print chiffon that me and my friend Osha found one day shopping in the garment district. We both immediately fell in love. Right then I knew I had to do something breathe-taking and Aurora was born. It is flirty and fun. I gave it a mini skirt lining underneath so you can have a little see-thru action with the rest of your legs.

I paired it with a simply white scoop neck crop top from H&M.
This maxi skirt is now apart of my summer collection and is available for purchase through the link.  Aurora Maxi Skirt

Accessories on deck, include Norah Pendant necklace from Stella & Dot along with my favorite gold bracelet from Ann Taylor.

NYFW Part I

When I say it was overwhelming yet a gracious, beautiful, amazing blessing, I mean it. I met so many individuals even a few bloggers and stylist I admire. I will be doing a special segment these next few weeks dedicated to NYFW, showcasing the shows I went to as well as what I wore. Enjoy!

How to Style // Highwaist Pants

How many of you ladies still have pooch trouble. You know "pooch", it's the daunting bottom of your midsection area that is not always visible unless your wearing something formfitting. It's the little area that if you could just slide it off you would be able to have the six pack you always wanted. Luckily, there are several  clothing that can camouflage this section while it's still under construction. Even if it's not under construction it is great to have a pair of items that flatters rather than gather.
