How to Style // Faux Fur Vest

Tis' the season to wear faux fur. A piece that never goes out of style, great to have and comes in many variations. From coats, hats, scarfs to stoles, etc. It is such a great staple to have in your winter wardrobe.

 It's a good idea to invest in a simple vest, no matter how little or much you love faux fur. It comes in  many different lengths and shades. I have a few variations of faux fur vest in my closet. Today as part of the Style Collective Shine & Sparkle challenge I decided to go with my knit faux fur. A great combination of a cardigan and fur. It is a great piece to have because of it's versatility.

A classic way to wear this faux fur is by pairing it with a white, plaid or denim button down shirt. Here I wore a chambray button down shirt. A look a like to denim but made with a lighter fabric. The light shading brings out the brown and black in the fur. I completed the look with a flare leg pant to add dimension and bring balance towards my lower body. I blessed beyond measure in the lower part of my body so I always look to wear complimenting pieces. Another way I could of went with this is pairing it with a dark grey skinny jean or a high waist culotte pant.

To add a littl dazzle and shine you can always pair a faux fur with a black  or red dress. A perfect addition to any classy look. A little New Years Eve inspiration for you. Adding silver metallic heels or even gold in the picture will really make it shine. So, no matter your style, it's always great to have a least one because you never know when you need to dazzle and shine. Faux Fur is in! Remember you don't have to spend alot, you can always find great furs in thrift store or on sale online. So, grab a faux fur and have some fun! Have a great and blessed day!
